The Central Bank of Nigeria has given banks the go-ahed to issue forex to all travelers across the counter.
A statement released on their website asked banks to grant forex to any traveler whether or not they are customers of their banks, provided they provide the relevant travel documents.
The apex bank says any bank that fails to obey this directive will be sanctioned. See the statement below...
