Residents of Owerri, Imo state capital rushed out to scoop Kerosine after a tanker fell along Port-Harcourtroad this morning.
Safety officials including Fire Service Men, FRSC officials and Police were pictured at the scene controlling the crowd to avoid Kerosine explosions.
