Plus size and fabulous: Embrace your beautiful curves with pride and accentuate them.

Plus size body comes in different sizes and shapes. one major thing we have to understand is that all the different shapes and sizes are beautiful and unique in their way. Wearing clothes that make you look fab and stylish might take a bit of courage, however,  over the years I have learned how to style my plus-size body and appreciate the uniqueness of being plus-size. being plus size does not mean you do not have to look stylish. learning the trick to style your body type might be a little bit of help.

My number one rule is don't hide the curves, wear clothes that flatter to create a waistline, use accessories like a statement belt, brooches, or a scarf to create a waistline. If you have a natural waist, draw attention to it. If you don't have much of a waist, it is nothing to worry about, use accessories like a statement belt to cinch in the waist, wear a dress or skirt to show off some leg.

When it comes to styling, high-waisted pants and skirts can be flattering. It allows you to regain control of your waistline while also providing a slight lift. High-waisted jeans are also a winner.

As a plus-size woman, I prefer black attire because it makes me appear slimmer. However, it's critical to add color to our style. Wearing colors that are in tune with your inner vibration can make you feel more energetic, and certain colors can even make you sparkle all day. So let's put the dark colors clothing aside and add some color to our style. Before I felt comfortable wearing colors, I experimented with adding a pop of color, little at a time to my outfit/style to see how it went. hope this helps

The first step toward making our space look good can be to get rid of junk. More than we might think, the appearance of our home affects our life in many ways. Lack of sleep can have numerous effects, such as feeling grumpy and not working at your best. You may not know it, but lack of sleep has a profound impact on your physical health as well? Poor sleep might affect us, with stress, computers, and taking work home  often to blame.

Sleepless nights come at a price, however, that goes beyond poor moods and a lack of focus. The lack of sleep you experience regularly puts you at risk for serious medical conditions, including obesity, coronary heart disease, and diabetes. In order to live a long and healthy life, it is essential to get a good night's sleep.

The bedroom setting is crucial to getting a good night's sleep. As part of sleep hygiene, establishing an environment conducive to falling asleep and staying asleep is important, which can ensure quality rest night after night. Visual design and practical setup, including lighting, sound, and smell, are all essential in creating a relaxing atmosphere for sleep. Your ideal sleep space can be cultivated if you take into consideration these elements.

Getting proper support and comfort from your mattress will keep your spine in alignment and prevent pressure points from getting aggravated. this might prevent waking up with a cracking sound in your neck the following day. 

For your body to feel comfortable, the perfect mattress should provide enough cushion and softness. Several factors can affect sleep quality, including weight, sleeping style, and position.

Every good book opens up new dimensions of thoughts for the reader. ...What book are you reading at the moment?

Lately, I have found reading during my free time quite interesting. This is because a very good book can enable us to expand our horizons and enhances our creativity.

Reading helps the reader to build his or her curiosity, allowing them to imagine and explore in dimensions they could not have been able to do before.  it can enable one to think outside the box. Furthermore, another importance of reading is that it enables us to tap into new knowledge and also gives us skills of problem-solving. When an individual is uninspired, reading can be a source of motivation. reading a good book that makes an impact is like recharging our battery and channeling stress into positive energy.

I am currently reading full speed ahead by Joyce Weiss. CSP.

I never knew I was holding my wine glass the wrong way until I read this.

Guys, the importance of good etiquette should not be overlooked. imagine dressing up well and going for a dinner date or dinner night and you end up holding your wine glass the wrong way. should that really bother you? The experts have outlined how we should hold our wine glass. Let's read along. It's better to hold a glass of wine by the stem or the base of the glass when drinking it. Smudging is avoided by holding a glass by the stem, which also keeps the bulb clean. Keeping the bulb clean /  fingerprint-free allows you to assess the wine's color more accurately and understand more about it before tasting it.

Another reason the glass has a stem is that swirling your wine is convenient when you hold the stem rather than the goblet. The swirling movement keeps churning the fluid as it moves around the bulb, drawing oxygen from the air and has the ability to open the wine up, allowing the aromas to be released easily.

Denim is one of the few wardrobe staples that flatters my body type. most times,  I seek to find the ideal pair of jeans and once I do, I  stock them up in every color and style. Trousers can be replaced with jeans. When coupled with a blazer and shirt, well-tailored-fit jeans can be a wonderful outfit for the office or any other occasion. Styling a pair of jeans perfectly will make you look not only effortlessly stylish but also sophisticated.

Blazers have long been a mainstay in women's wardrobes. It is one of the most adaptable items of clothing anybody can own; a blazer can instantly spruce up an outfit while also making you look relaxed while still maintaining that trendy look.

The blazer can be worn with a variety of various fashion items and pieces of clothes that most people would consider conventional pieces of clothing. 'Wearing a blazer in a nude hue is a daring choice that gives the impression of "richness" due to the lightness of the tone. When executed correctly, it gives you a striking appearance. not having a pair of nude blazers is a sin in ifeoma's book of  style lol..... *winks*

Nude pumps are very classier and they can make any outfit look super expensive. I believe that finding the right shade of nude is crucial to have a functional wardrobe. whatcha think?
