Check out my recipe for cooking my egusi soup.


Egusi is an African term for melon seeds which are used in cooking different types of melon soup. Egusi soup is eaten with fufu, pounded yam, etc. These seeds are high in fat and protein, and they are an important part of West Africa cuisine. I have decided to cook my egusi soup just the way I like it. The recipe below will show you how I make my  Egusi Soup.
  • 3 cups of egusi (melon seeds)
  • 1 cup of sesame seeds
  • 1 cup palm oil
  • 2 spoons fresh Iru
  • Salt 
  • 6 cubes of Maggi
  • Ground crayfish/ fish powder
  • Oven-Dried  Meat, snail, and  fish
  • fresh pumpkin leaves
  • fresh hot chili peppers

Aside from displaying our particular style, there are a few more things we can do to assist us to look our best and gain confidence this can be by creating a style inspiration board. Having a style board will give us plenty of time to plan ahead on what to wear and how to mix and match to suit our individual style taste buds. it will also give us plenty of time to find out what works best for us and what might not work.
