The mother-of-five had on only a black thong bikini bottom as she took a dip. Tape can be seen holding her boobs together.
The photos also show the 41-year-old media personality's face with painful surgical scars around her ears and jawline after getting another facelift and boob job overseas earlier this month.
Her fiancé Kris was also sporting bandages on his nose following rhinoplasty surgery.
