I am one of those that love a pop of color during winter. why must fashionista like the traditional all-black winter look, I love to add a bit of color or make a statement with a colorful chunky scarf or winter coat. And finish up my look with goggle-like sunglasses to shade my eyes from the cold weather. I  love this level of snug. lol

Do you prefer a heavy or light breakfast ?

We all have a different opinion whether breakfast should be light or heavy, Before now, I will say am not into having breakfast, I would rather go for a cup of green tea with a slice of lemon and off I go. Over time, I have come to realize that having a Nutritious breakfast is important. Breakfast is considered a valuable meal as it breaks the overnight fasting period replenishes our supply of glucose and provides other essential nutrients to keep your energy levels up throughout the day.

Am of the opinion that taking too much heavy breakfast might slow down one metabolism and need more energy to digest the heavy breakfast. Most people believe having a heavy breakfast makes them fill full and sluggish. What do you think?
