I was shocked when my name was missing on Buhari’s ministerial list- Adebayo Shittu

Adebayo Shittu, the immediate-past Minister of Communication, says he was shocked when he found out his name wasn't on the Ministerial list for the 2nd term of President Buhari.

Shittu who was the Minister of Communication in President Buhari's first tenure, said he felt bad about his exclusion but he has since taken it in good fate.  President Buhari reappointed 14 former ministers and 29 new ones which included seven females, Shittu was part of 18 ex-ministers who did not make the list.

In the said post, the mum of two alleged that most Nigerian politicians were once fraudsters. She also took a swipe at Slay Queens who display so much luxury on Instagram without any visible source of income, adding that their day of reckoning is coming.

Lastly, she tackled the wives of Nigerian fraudsters who marry them despite knowing that their husbands are causing many families pain by virtue of the crime they commit.

The Presidency has denied recent media reports that the new Ministers have been banned from having direct access to President Buhari.

Recall that at the 2-day retreat for the Ministers designate, President Buhari informed them that all correspondents and scheduling of meetings must go through his Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari. This implied that all the Ministers must go through Kyari to fix appontments with President Buhari for them to see him.

Biodun Fatoyinbo, the Founder of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), has given reasons for shunning the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) panel set up to probe the rape allegations leveled against him by Busola, Dakolo, wife of singer, Timi Dakolo.

In a statement released by his Senior Assistant, Ademola Adetuberu, Fatoyinbo said he failed to honour the panel’s invitations because his lawyers realised the sitting might be partial as the christian body before constituting the panel, had disowned him.

“We recall that when Pastor Fatoyinbo was invited by a phone call few days ago by Pastor Akinola Akinwale, who is the National Administrative Secretary of PFN, we explained that our Pastor would not honour the invitation due to legal advice hinged on the ongoing police investigation.
